Circle S Services is the enterprise of Gary Shipley, who has over 32 years experience in the Engineering and Construction fields.  Gary  has worked in the water utility and oil and gasoline industries, and has also worked as a private consultant.  Along the way he has gained extensive experience in all of the construction fields including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, doors and windows, drywall, flooring, fencing, welding, excavation and grading, and exterior landscaping and sprinklers.  When he's not working, Gary loves spending his time training his herding dogs and competing in dog agility and stock dog trials.

After semi-retiring from the corporate world in late 2007, Gary opened Circle S Services and Circle S Agility to keep himself busy and as a way to stay out of the little woman's hair.  The Circle S ventures allow him to spend more time doing what he loves most, fixing and building things.  He now builds custom dog agility equipment and provides local handyman and home repair services.
